What are Shoutouts?

Shoutouts are small "blurbs" (40 words or fewer) of congratulations and support that anyone in the Phillips community can order, for any student, for $5 each. Order and pay for your shoutout in one spot here (link forthcoming). You are responsible for proofreading the text of your shoutout, including the student’s name and your own name. Please note that emojis will not display when formatted into the yearbook. The deadline for submitting shoutouts is April 25.

 

Will there be custom pages in this year's yearbook?

Yes! After completing purchase of your yearbook in our online store, you have the option to design up to 4 custom pages that will be added to their yearbook. This is a great way to celebrate your student's special milestones! Please note that Picaboo charges an additional fee for this customization. Customized pages are only available through online ordering. Online ordering must be completed by May 4. 

 

I do not want to buy my yearbook online and would rather pay with a check or cash.

When will I get my yearbook?

We will be sending the yearbook to print on May 4. Generally the turnaround time is three weeks, so we anticipate delivery before Memorial Day Weekend.

 

IMPORTANT INFO FOR 5TH GRADE FAMILIES ONLY

 

The Falcon Familia is continuing the tradition of gifting each graduating 5th grader with a yearbook. If you have already ordered a yearbook online and would like to be reimbursed, please email us and attach a copy of your receipt for reimbursement. Please note that if you wish to design customized pages for your student's yearbook, you must order your own yearbook online and be reimbursed by the Falcon Familia. The additional cost of customized pages is not included in any reimbursements. 

 

Please send us your photos of your 5th graders’ early years at Phillips! Submit photos at the submission link above by April 25 and choose “5th Grade Flashback” as the folder. Your submissions make the yearbook great!

 

5th Grade Ads are back! 5th Grade Ads (displayed as "Parent Ads" in the yearbook store) are yearbook ads especially for celebrating our 5th graders. You may order and pay for an ad in our online yearbook store. You do not need to buy a yearbook to do this. You are responsible for designing and proofreading your own ad! The deadline for submitting ads is April 25.
